They're upset that there is too much diversification and that Lin Manuel Miranda, and man of Puerto Rican decent who grew up in Washington, wrote a masterpiece designed to cast people of color.
This musical is amazing. The ones are catchy and poignant with their wordplay, the acting is amazing (especially that of Daveed Diggs and Leslie Odom Jr. and the fact that it teaches us certain aspects of our history that schools won't even teach us is amazing. Is it 100% accurate? Absolutely not. Did it hit it's main points in history accurately? Yes.
And was I entertained?
More than anything.
